Archiving clients must be completed via the Archive and Deceased entity wizards, you will no longer be able to change the client's category or entity status to Deceased or Archived unless the wizard has been completed. This will assist you in ensuring that all steps in the archiving process are completed. The Archive and Deceased entity wizards can be located in the client menu under Entity Management.
 
 
Opt-in Renewal Notice generation via the RoA and Statement of Position wizards has been removed in line with the new Ongoing Service Standard. To merge the Opt-in Renewal Notice, select Merge Report in the client menu, change the Report Category to Opt-in letters & reports and select the Opt-in letter.
